1. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery times range from 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
2. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship across India with free standard shipping on all orders.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly via the courier’s website.
4. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at necessityfinds.store@gmail.com if you notice an error in your shipping details. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the address. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return window for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy page for details.
6. Are there any hidden charges?
No. All prices displayed include taxes and free standard shipping. The amount you see at checkout is the final price.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery.
8. What if my order is delayed?
While most orders arrive on time, shipping may be delayed due to customs checks, high demand, or courier issues. If your order takes longer than 20 days, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
